These programs are used in the USA Weightlifting Level One Coaching Courses. If you are new to weightlifting or if this is your first time following a formal program, start here. Basic and effective, 12 weeks.

This program is based upon the Classification System used by the Russians and The Canadians. U.S. Weightlifters had a similar program until the start of the 1990’s. Class III is the introductory tier of the classification system, these programs are suitible for lifters of all levels.

The second tier of The Classification Training System. A significant step up in complexity and volume, these programs are intended for competitive lifters looking to take it to the next level.
The classic Calipan program, they don’t make em like this anymore folks. 8 weeks
Segment Training like the national champs. 5 weeks
Modified from Soviet Union Programs it uses partial movements (hangs, powers, 3 stage movements and pulls) as well as classical movements to bring about very solid results. 13 weeks
